Job Description :

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working in companies similar to Ecolab, Tetra Pak, Alfa Laval, KHS Group, GEA Group, and Krones. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your industry knowledge and network to connect with key decision-makers and promote our products or services.


Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective client companies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and the satisfaction of clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatorily required).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience working in companies similar to Ecolab, Tetra Pak, Alfa Laval, KHS Group, GEA Group, or Krones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and [local language of the respective location].
  • Note: This position is open to candidates currently residing in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore. Only local candidates will be considered for this role.
