Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  1. Ability to manage overall outlets maintenance issue in Servedeck, monitoring tickets raised.
  2. To handle post outlet-opening preventive maintenance components, including but not limited to pest control periodical checks, upkeep of fire extinguishers, servicing of air-conditioners, walls and floor tiles maintenance etc.
  3. Ability to manage Servedeck, maintenance & IT/Preventive Maintenance simultaneously.
  4. Scheduling contractor repairing and maintenance schedule based on urgency level.
  5. Ability to manage and monitor maintenance issues after renovation works from time to time.
  6. Organize work effectively and efficiently to ensure timely completion of maintenance timeline.
  7. To coordinate with external or panel contractors from time to time on the warranty issue and maintenance issue.
  8. Create and adhere to maintenance budget.
  9. To conduct inspection and meet up with contractor if necessary.
  10. To manage and follow up on work permit application approval for internal team and contractor.
  11. Submit maintenance weekly report and compliance to our Company KPI.
  12. To manage and supervise companywide machineries and security is up to standard and protected.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences

  1. A Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/ Building Services/ Computer Science or any related disciplines or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience in handling Maintenance issue or in Information Technology/ Computer Science. Experience in dealing with contractors will be added advantages.
  3. Broad knowledge and skills in handling maintenance issues.
  4. Ability to manage several urgent cases simultaneously.
  5. Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work and lead a team.
  6. Confident, committed, proactive, able to work under pressure.
  7. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
