Job Responsibility
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office documentation works
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin averagely
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
