Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office documentation works

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin averagely
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
