Job Description

Handle sales administration documents which include SPA, Loan documents, billing and collection, APDL, etc..
Follow up with purchasers, bankers and solicitors on the signing of SPA and loan documents.
Generate progress billings upon receipt of Architect Certificate in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare the handing over of VP documents and coordinate with Project Team for the smooth and timely handover of VP to purchasers.
Compile information, update and maintain proper filing of all sales administration documents.
Participate in new project launches, PDI and other sales-related events.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with a housing developer on credit control and loan matters.
Familiar with workflow for completion of SPA and loan documentation.
Meticulous, prompt follow-up, with initiative, good organizational and time management skills.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
