- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertains customer's needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage points-of-sale processes
- Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shift hours.

- Allowance RM 100 - RM 50 for fuel
- Allowance RM 50 for attendance
