- Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training and development and other HR related support.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc.
- Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.
- Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation and grievances process.
- Assist in foreign worker related matters.
- To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be additional advantage.
- A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.
- Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well verse with the current HR practices
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
