  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as issuing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Ensure timely submission of quotes, proposals, and agreements to Sales Executives.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery arrangements, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate order processing in the company system.
  • Monitor and ensure daily payment receipts.
  • Prepare and deliver reports as needed.
  • Assist in project launches and related events.
  • Update and maintain company databases and prepare management reports.
  • Maintain organized filing of project and purchaser records.
  • Follow administrative processes and meet deadlines.

  • Diploma or Degree.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Marketing experience/background preferred.
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned.
