- Handle daily administrative tasks such as issuing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Ensure timely submission of quotes, proposals, and agreements to Sales Executives.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery arrangements, and payments.
- Maintain accurate order processing in the company system.
- Monitor and ensure daily payment receipts.
- Prepare and deliver reports as needed.
- Assist in project launches and related events.
- Update and maintain company databases and prepare management reports.
- Maintain organized filing of project and purchaser records.
- Follow administrative processes and meet deadlines.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative record-keeping.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Marketing experience/background preferred.
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned.
