Job Responsibility
- Keep, develop, and secure business within an assigned portfolio of new and existing SME customers with a focus on outdoor/on-site sales activities
- Discover and generate new sales prospects
- Conduct thorough market research
- Actively seek out and identify sales opportunities
- Create frequent reviews and reports for client consideration of KPIs
- Participate in industry-related exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
- Manage client relationships, satisfaction, and supply chain
- Keep up to date with local market trends
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- 3-10 years of proven work experience in similar companies with a strong client portfolio and active accounts
- Previous experience in logistics/supply chain (3PL), freight forwarding, shipping, air, or cargo
- High achiever, self-driven, with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to present data effectively to key decision makers
- Mature candidate with own transport
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office at an intermediate level
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English; a third language is an added advantage
- Availability to start immediately or within a short period
- Working: Monday to Friday
