• 2-5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance. Experience in supervising teams and familiarity with site management and coordination of subcontractors is highly desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems (power distribution, control systems, wiring, lighting). Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Site visit / Supervising during installation and maintenance.
• To deal and converse with Contractors. Check and ensure all necessary inspections and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of installation work.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track. Troubleshooting and problem-solving at the site.
• Assist in the coordination of site meetings in order to assure timely and accurate execution and completion projects.
• Work closely with the sales team, and update project schedules to clients.
• Preparing daily or weekly progress reports on electrical works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation or maintenance.
• Able to read CAD drawings such as MNE and lighting points.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different work sites. Flexibility to work overtime and able to travel overseas.
• Documenting inspections, work completion, and any incidents or issues encountered.
