Job Description

• Responsible for performance of the engineering design meeting the specification.
• Assist Siemens S8 engineer on the design of the proposal and project.
• Prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
• Support sales/proposal/project management team on Technical Clarification.
• Attend technical meetings, project handover meetings, and customer kick-off meetings.
• Assist Project/Design Team in developing and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and other engineering-related documentation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Material for tenders.
• Facilitate pricing and prepare tender packages within schedules, monitoring tender submission deadlines and results.
• Liaise with internal and external customers for tender document clarifications.
• Review tender specifications and coordinate with relevant functions to gather all information required for tender submission.
• Participate in proposals strategy discussions, coordinating with operational and supporting groups that provide data for proposals preparation.
• Review data provided, ensure consistency and compatibility of all parts of proposals, and assume responsibility for completed proposals.
• Any other job responsibility assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Electric and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Proficient in using CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong understanding of various types of electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented individual.
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
