|RM6000| Mandarin Speaker Account Manager for Education Group @Kajang

Job Responsibility

• Manages full set of accounts.
• Responsible for all accounting and finance related functions
• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analysing, and investigating variances and fluctuations, and summarizing data and trends.
• To prepare and update sales invoices, debit, and credit note.
• Ensure all general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation and schedule are done correctly and submitted for review in a timely manner.
• Liaise with vendor, prepare payment and reconciliation every month.
• To prepare and verify salary transaction via online banking to staff.
• To prepare tax schedules and liaise with tax agent for annual tax submission.
• Apply and submit SST.
• Cash flow management.
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• Prepares special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecasts.
• Supporting maintaining the Finance ERP system
• Provides financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles, and practices.
• Complies with state and federal tax filling requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, and advising management on required actions.
• Presentation to management for monthly closing EBIT result and working capital.

Job Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)
• Diploma/ bachelorâs degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years in related field
• Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent skills in SQL Accounting systems.
• Highly analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with accounting software such as Autocount Accounting system.
• Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
• Exceptional organizational, and problem-solving skills.
