Job Responsibility

  • Achieving sales growth and hitting sales targets with good coverage of product range
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companyâs customer base.
  • Recruiting and monitoring performance of sales representatives by setting sales objectives
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Presenting sales reports / realistic forecasts to the sales team.
  • Building trust from team members including supporting team members with excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. ·
  • Support and take care of branch operational functions when IT is needed ( machine repairing, machine operation and etc )
  • Monitor and manage the sales collection of sales team members and pursue with actions with finance and corp sec manager for bad paying clients , potentially with litigation
  • Monitor the stock turn of fast-moving common items and non-standard items with proper planning and replenishment with BU heads, including new items
  • Manage dead stock ( stock more than 24 mths ) and non moving items with discount to clear the items , with approval from BU heads if further discount is required

KPIs

  • Personal and Sales Execâs sales target per year by location.
  • Monitoring stock level ( stock turn KPIs ) and dead stock ratio versus total stock
  • Competitorsâ pricing monitoring
  • Team development on product knowledge and skills with clear roles and responsibilities
  • Existing client engagement and key account management ( with strong customer satisfaction)
  • New clients âacquisition versus existing clients

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma, preferably with proven sales management record
  • Customer service and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Self-Initiative with positive thinking
  • Leadership skills on sales team management
  • Adapt to changes with strong business acumen and have industry expertise
  • The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
