In your new role you will:
- Provide daily operational support for global IT Finance applications.
- Manage incident and service order tickets by receiving, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking them using the Infineon ticketing platform.
- Conduct problem management to identify problem trends, perform root cause analysis, and carry out basic code analysis to support Infineon's findings with data; implement corrective actions, and communicate effectively with internal and global team members and business users.
- Provide functional consulting to finance business users, driving innovative ideas and process improvements.
- Support periodic finance activities (including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly activities) and ensure the smooth execution of these activities for the supported IT Finance applications.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in ITIL operational model.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT, preferably with Finance application experience.
- Experience in PL/SQL programming to perform various operation tasks such as periodic activities, root cause analysis, consultation, etc.
- Proven working experience in troubleshooting and solving problems, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Willingness to acquire broad knowledge about Finance applications, business processes, and supported applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with teams from multiple departments to ensure the orderly execution of proposed solutions/tasks.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Ability to interact with business owners, developers and Finance team.
