Specialist Information Technology

In your new role you will:

• Provide daily operational support for global IT Finance applications.
• Manage incident and service order tickets by receiving, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking them using the Infineon ticketing platform.
• Conduct problem management to identify problem trends, perform root cause analysis, and carry out basic code analysis to support Infineon's findings with data; implement corrective actions, and communicate effectively with internal and global team members and business users.
• Provide functional consulting to finance business users, driving innovative ideas and process improvements.
• Support periodic finance activities (including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly activities) and ensure the smooth execution of these activities for the supported IT Finance applications.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in ITIL operational model.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT, preferably with Finance application experience.
• Experience in PL/SQL programming to perform various operation tasks such as periodic activities, root cause analysis, consultation, etc.
• Proven working experience in troubleshooting and solving problems, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Willingness to acquire broad knowledge about Finance applications, business processes, and supported applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with teams from multiple departments to ensure the orderly execution of proposed solutions/tasks.
• Good communication skills and teamwork. 
• Ability to interact with business owners, developers and Finance team.

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
