Job Summary:As a global leader for networking solution innovation, Supermicro's mission is to develop and provide the market with end-to-end computing solutions and high-performance networking products. The Production Manager will be responsible for all aspects of production activities in the manufacturing area. You will bring your expertise, experience, and insight to mature our processes and play a crucial role in meeting the daily target while maintaining the quality targets. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership who is ready to work beyond boundaries and capable of doing what it takes to meet the production goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Responsible for the daily effective management of overall server/rack production operations.
- Establish daily priorities for line operations management to ensure efficient production processes, quality yield, and on-time shipment.
- Participates in implementing policies, guidelines, and programs in support of overall site, division, and corporate objectives.
- Know how to operate a production line in high efficiency and quality standard.
- Need to maintain and develop the production objective for OEM customers.
- BS/AS degree with engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of production management experience in the server manufacturing field.
- Familiar with server testing, latest server architecture, and components.
- Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
