They are currently looking for a passionate IT Business Analyst to be part of their team.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business functions to analyze business operations and application requirements, identify new opportunities for enhancements, and manage enhancement pipeline and delivery lifecycle.
• Recommend operational direction and strategy for business applications and technology affecting sales, marketing, order management, supply chain, and systems integration to achieve corporate growth and objectives.
• Define and analyze current business processes and functionalities to facilitate the future state definition and design.
• Perform functional and business process analysis and design, ensuring functional and scope alignment.
• Lead and facilitate meetings to gather requirements of products and business processes for projects, optimization, and support.
• Prepare test scenarios, provide user training, and lead various testing, implementation, and support.
• Provide/Lead applications support, product support, incident management, problem management, and capacity planning to minimize disruption of the business according to business priority.
• Manage external vendors to ensure quality delivery and effective cost management.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT business analysis and QA/testing or equivalent.
• Business application knowledge with hands-on experience in gap analysis, gathering requirements, documentation, training, QA/testing, and end-user support.
• Previous project management or coordination experience is highly desired.
• Some experience in one or more of the following functional areas/systems: ERP (e.g. NetSuite), CRM systems, digital channels (e.g. WeChat, FB, Instagram), business analytics (e.g., Power BI or QlikView), web solutions, mobile applications, mobile payment, and animation.
• Technology knowledge and experience are optional but advantageous: Java, .Net, Adobe, HTML5, Cloud (e.g. AWS, MS Azure, Alibaba) and database (e.g. MS SQL or Oracle).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with different levels of users, application developers, and vendors.
