Sales Representative (Perak Region)

JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS

  • To ensure execution of Local Key Account business strategy & plan, achieving In Market Sale as per AOP
  • Assist distributor seller in managing LKA business, including quarterly business plan, route plan & call frequency, pricing & promotion negotiation, New Product Day listing & Trading Terms Agreement negotiation
  • Identify potential outlets for in store activation (thematic or tactical), negotiate with store manager for strategic location with minimum display rental
  • Conduct regular market visits to store level to gather outlet insights & build rapport with store manager. Conduct audit of perfect store execution, OSA, MSL, SOS, outlet stock aging & competitor information, identify potential growth areas & opportunities and address immediate concerns.
  • GT Key Customers – Monthly market audit for display/ merchandising compliance (outlets with display rental), propose to terminate outlets with low potential and non-compliance
  • Joint market visit with Area Sales Executive to identify distributor operation gaps, propose action to distributor
  • Support IKA outlets execution at store level
  • Propose sales orders for selective International Key Account customers at the store level
  • Monthly Store Visit to IKA outlets:
  • To maintain good relationship with customers at store level
  • Checking & ensuring merchandising compliance (planograming, SOS, Perfect Store)
  • To gather Competitor activities
  • Identify outlets potential, propose tactical support for business growth (in store)
  • Checking In store activation activity, ensure execution as per guideline
  • Audit JUMP merchandiser service level

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Experience in General Trade
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English, additional local dialect will be an added advantage
