- Possess a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified
- Equipped with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance
- Possess external audit expertise or commercial experience in the Property/Construction industry
- Experienced in management reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, consolidation, etc.

- Must possess strong external audit experience/commercial experience within the Property or Construction sector
