Robotic Service Engineer

Job Description

To provide installation and commissioning service of Autonomous Mobile Robot Guided Automated Vehicle in the Semiconductor production factory.

Requirements

1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years related experience in equipment installation and maintenance.
3. Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
4. Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
5. Preferable able to speak Mandarin.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of Autonomous Mobile Robot at customer locations.
2. Experience in image processing and robot peripheral technology and System Integration is preferred.
3. Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
4. Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
5. Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
6. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through team work.
7. Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.

Working Day: Monday to Friday
