Job Summary
Spemocean is actively seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to support our global hiring needs across offshore and technical operations. As part of a fast-paced and growing recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting , from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on attracting top-tier oil & gas professionals to meet critical project demands.
This is a remote-based position ideal for someone experienced in technical or blue-collar recruitment, particularly in the offshore energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract skilled candidates using job portals, social platforms, networking, and talent pools.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate CVs, and assess candidate fit based on project specifications.
Liaise with hiring managers and technical teams to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
Coordinate interviews (online/in-person), gather feedback, and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines for roles such as NDT, inspection, QA/QC, and offshore operations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain ATS records and prepare recruitment activity reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of recruitment experience , preferably in oil & gas, engineering, or offshore industries.
Familiarity with rotational, offshore, or shutdown project staffing is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate independently in a remote setting .
Knowledge of Middle East workforce requirements (e.g., Qatar, UAE, Saudi) is a plus.
