Job Description
- Assist manager with administrative duties.
- Handle administrative duties for the Materials Department.
- Perform miscellaneous department filing, photocopying, and faxing activities:
- Raise all purchase requisitions and ensure the records are updated.
- Follow up on all POs issued, track status, and update records.
- Collect and distribute all documents within the department.
- Generate departmental reports.
- Perform data entry and other miscellaneous duties within the department.
- Complete any other assignments as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- EMS working experience is an added advantage.
- Work with high attention to detail and resilience.
- A self-starter who can multitask and work under minimal supervision.
