Innovative Facilities Manager

Position Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement cost-effective, scalable facilities management solutions.
2. Lead innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across all locations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into facilities management.
4. Optimize resource allocation and sustainability practices.
5. Manage overall outlets maintenance issues in Servedeck, monitoring tickets raised.
6. Handle post outlet-opening preventive maintenance components, including but not limited to pest control periodical checks, upkeep of fire extinguishers, servicing of air-conditioners, and walls and floor tiles maintenance.
7. Manage Servedeck, maintenance & IT/Preventive Maintenance simultaneously.
8. Manage and monitor maintenance issues after renovation works from time to time.
9. Organize work effectively and efficiently to ensure timely completion of maintenance timelines.
10. Coordinate with external or panel contractors on warranty and maintenance issues.
11. Manage and supervise companywide machinery and ensure security standards are met and protected.

Qualification & Experiences

1. A Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Building Services, Computer Science, or any related disciplines or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in Facilities Management or in Information Technology/Computer Science. Experience in dealing with contractors will be an added advantage.
3. Proven track record of implementing innovative facilities management solutions.
4. Ability to manage several urgent cases simultaneously.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience with emerging technologies in facilities management.
7. Ability to think creatively and challenge traditional approaches.
8. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
