Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost-effective, scalable facilities management solutions.
- Lead innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across all locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into facilities management.
- Optimize resource allocation and sustainability practices.
- Manage overall outlets maintenance issues in Servedeck, monitoring tickets raised.
- Handle post outlet-opening preventive maintenance components, including but not limited to pest control periodical checks, upkeep of fire extinguishers, servicing of air-conditioners, and walls and floor tiles maintenance.
- Manage Servedeck, maintenance & IT/Preventive Maintenance simultaneously.
- Manage and monitor maintenance issues after renovation works from time to time.
- Organize work effectively and efficiently to ensure timely completion of maintenance timelines.
- Coordinate with external or panel contractors on warranty and maintenance issues.
- Manage and supervise companywide machinery and ensure security standards are met and protected.
Qualification & Experiences
- A Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Building Services, Computer Science, or any related disciplines or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Facilities Management or in Information Technology/Computer Science. Experience in dealing with contractors will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of implementing innovative facilities management solutions.
- Ability to manage several urgent cases simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with emerging technologies in facilities management.
- Ability to think creatively and challenge traditional approaches.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
