Job Responsibility
- Conduct constant research online and in social media to spot potential business leads and new markets the company can explore.
- Communicate with potential clients to establish good rapport and arrange for meetings.
- Prepare presentation decks for pitching, reports, and feedback to upper management.
- Identify candidates for open positions within the company and manage the recruitment process including initial assessments and interviews.
- Assist in developing sales goals for the teams and ensuring they are met.
- Strengthen the internal processes to ensure a more efficient and effective operation in the company.
- Maximize internal PR efforts through research and monitoring the media.
- Diploma/bachelorâs degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Good English and Mandarin proficiency (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Tech-Driven: Possesses a must-have-tech-savvy trait.
- Sales Driven: Demonstrates creativity and innovation in developing sales strategies to enhance the company's sales revenue and performance.
- Client-Oriented: Maintains positive client relationships to foster long-term collaborative impacts.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong skills in presentation, communication, and people management at all levels.
