- Know gym knowledge and Kampung Gym gym facilities well
- Welcoming customer
- Assisting Fitness Consultant completed paper work & sale
- Answering & directing phone cells (expected sales related)
- Collecting towels
- Solving customer problems
- Assist marketing department to collect relevant data and analyse customer data
- Participate in Kampung Gym promotional activities when required to increase brand awareness
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers
- Education and Certifications in exercise science or related fields preferred.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to inspire and support clients.
