Job Description
- Lead Management: Receive and manage leads from our online/offline sales channels, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Customer Qualification: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify their interests, and gather necessary information.
- Quoting: Provide accurate and competitive quotes for the vehicles customers wish to sell, ensuring all details are clear and transparent.
- Transaction Handling: Oversee the entire transaction process from initial contact to final sale, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, vehicle values, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible deals to customers.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate and write well in English and Bahasa.
- Knows how to use and operate Microsoft Office and Google products.
- Have a valid car driving license.
- Minimum working experience of 1 to 2 years.
