Merchant Sales Executive - Kuala Terengganu

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide feedback on merchant requests, competitor activity, and market updates to ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Ensure terminals are installed and set up on time to capture maximum business volume.
  • Perform account management on merchants to understand their latest needs and build relationships.
  • Manage merchant's CASA to maximize profitability for our business.
  • Convert existing CASA to increase the AMBANK CASA base.
  • Service merchants to strengthen relationships for continuous support of high sales volume.
  • Handle and escalate merchant issues, resolving them within a reasonable timeline.
  • Provide effective feedback to improve the efficiency of internal processes.
  • Develop individual knowledge and skills to ensure continuous improvement and readiness for higher positions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in sales or service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Display a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
