Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Associate role based in Subang Jaya with flexibility for hybrid work. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required experiences & educational level:

* At least 1 – 2 years' experience in freight forwarding CS role for import & export.

* Background in logistics or freight forwarding

* Client-centric, hands-on, and independent

* Work digital-first (email, WeChat, etc)

* Minimum SPM. Diploma or Degree is not required but preferred.

* Can able to speak, read & write in both English & Malay.

* Fluency in Mandarin is required
