- Good & Experience in closing Sales.
- Provide professional customer support.
- Attending and communicating promptly to customerâs needs and queries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
- Good & master in following up with customer
- Communicating and coordinating with team and management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.
- Able to handle company's social media.
- Able to do IG Live or Tik Tok Live
- Minimum qualification SPM with Credits
- Fresh Graduate are welcome; Those has 1-2 year experience working in Customer Service will be good
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality with good people communication skill
