Then come and join our Malaysia team as CRM Operations Support Protege and you will support the CRM (Sales and Business Line/ Area) in bidding (quotation and tender) phase and other sales related operations such as order booking, PR, or internal PO process. This position is designed to build foundational skills in understanding and experience overall sales operation process within CRM department. It will give exposure of cross-functional collaboration in

contributing to day-to-day team efficiency.

Trainee to be involved in:

• Supporting and assist in tender/quote documentation for submission
• Performing administrative tasks to support the sales operation team and process.
• Collaboration and teamwork across department to ensure quality deliverables

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during Protégé Program:

• Tender/Quote Wokflow in MNC organization
• Sales process that exists in established MNC organization
• Communication skills in MNC organization
• Collaboration across CRM team and the supporting function supporting business day -to-day sales operation.

Your qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field
