about the job

• Deliver assigned english programmes, preparing lesson plans, exercises, and tests, and evaluating student performance.
• Foster a positive classroom environment, maintain attendance and evaluation records, and adhere to Centre policies and procedures.
• Support colleagues by developing teaching materials, and participating in professional development and meetings.
• Address non-academic student issues by referring them to appropriate personnel and contribute to the upkeep of classrooms and staff areas.
• Provide substitute teaching in emergencies and engage in activities to promote after-class programs.

requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, TEFL, or TESOL, or;
• A BA/BSc Degree accompanied by a CELTA or a TEFL/TESOL certification (with at least 120 hours of instruction)
• At least 5 years of relevant ESL/EFL teaching experience, both face-to-face and online
• Native English speaker
