Job Description

Lead the design, coding, debugging, and validation of software applications for SSD manufacturing processes.

Provide expert technical support for backend equipment and automation software, driving improvements in productivity, process efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate on project development, taking a key role in supporting new equipment/automation with occasional travel.

Perform in-depth analysis of equipment failures and propose innovative solutions.

Independently manage and execute multiple tasks within projects with minimal supervision.

Lead and actively participate in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Oversee project progress, ensuring milestones are met, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Develop comprehensive summary dashboards for project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.

Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to lead projects from initiation to successful production release.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related IT field.
- 8+ years of experience in System Analyst, Programming, or related fields within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry, with substantial manufacturing/production experience and a deep understanding of equipment mechanisms, electrical components, and automation processes.
- Proficiency in C, C++, equipment PLC programming, and HMI programming.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, PMP, or project management skills.
