Job Responsibility
- To assist Production Manager to plan and coordinate with workers to ensure production run smoothly
- Responsible in daily production running to ensure safe and quality product produce within targeted production KPI.
- Assist in manpower mapping, worker schedule and staff discipline issues.
- Ensure that records are proper documented and updated and remain traceable.
- Responsible in ISO22000, GMP, FSSC, HACCP implementation and to ensure compliance in requirements.
- Monitor and ensure workplace safety and proper housekeeping.
- Update production report on time and report production activities and issue to production manager.
- To perform other duties as and when instructed by superior and report any problem pertaining to food safety, quality and equipment performance.
- Min 2 years working experience in food industry
- Can read and speak English , Mandarin (to deal with Taiwan supplier)
- Good communication skills and personality
