Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units.
• Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
• Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
• Manages large teams of professionals and/or junior managers; may also provide leadership to supervisors.
• Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.
• Applied research based on scientific methods, e.g. for quality improvement, process optimization, new products or business areas.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechanical / Materials) with 10 years of experience in semiconductor related industry.
• Experience in leading a team of professional engineers and managers(>20 peoples).
• People Management.
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving then quickly.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
