Responsibilities:
- Listen to client’s query, organize and provide timely solution
- Setup, installing and configuring software
- Provide software consultation to customer’s business flow
- Provide technical support after sales (team work)
- Study and understand new software function (team work)
- Any other ad-hoc tasks by management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with Accounts and IT knowledge, but on-job training will be provided
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Energetic, willing to learn and able to work in team
- Willing to work in Taman Bayu Tinggi, Klang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
