Responsibilities:

  • Listen to client’s query, organize and provide timely solution
  • Setup, installing and configuring software
  • Provide software consultation to customer’s business flow
  • Provide technical support after sales (team work)
  • Study and understand new software function (team work)
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks by management

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably with Accounts and IT knowledge, but on-job training will be provided
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Energetic, willing to learn and able to work in team
  • Willing to work in Taman Bayu Tinggi, Klang
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
