Job Responsibility
- Able to handle daily inquiry and order processing including quotation, feedback to/from customers on order confirmation detail, etc.
- Manage order delivery process, liaising with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with sales team members to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Processing orders for E-comm & retail, and inquiries from the E-commerce platform
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems from local and Southeast Asia markets.
- Computer literate with high proficiency in MS software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Supporting sales with documentation and POSM for retail outlet
- Support sales activities and contribute to continuous improvement activities across all departments.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure the fulfillment of orders within the stipulated time frame.
- Monthly Sales invoice & CN processing
- Any Ad Hoc as assigned by HOD.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Have at least 1-3 years of experience in the related field.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy, ERP system advantage.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
