Job Responsibility
- Repair & Maintenance of Computer, Notebook, Laptop, PC, and Printer.
- Maintenance and Repairing Hardware / Software
- Provide Full Support and Solving Computer and Networking Problems.
- Install and Configure Appropriate Software and Functions According to Specifications.
- Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
- Provide training to end-users on the proper use of computer systems and printers.
- Required Language(s) : Mandarin and English
- Proven experience as a Computer & Printer Technician or a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent.
- Independent & self-motivated.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move computer equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
