Main Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement:
   a. Customer Empathy: Build rapport and communicate effectively with customers at all levels to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
   b. Solution Presentation: Present the Airport IT Product Portfolio to customers, influencing decision-making and being perceived as a trusted advisor.
   c. Proposal Preparation: Develop and write solution proposals for customer requirements expressed within RFPs/RFIs.
   d. Sustainable Solutions: Define sustainable solutions using the Amadeus Airport IT portfolio and approved 3rd party vendor services.
   e. Transition to Implementation: Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation with Product and Delivery teams.
   f. Continuity of Customer Engagement: Remain engaged with customers and teams to ensure proper implementation of the proposed solution.
2. Commercial and Business Case Development:
   a. Value Analysis: Work with the Sales Manager to communicate the value elements of the solution based on customer profiles.
   b. Solution Pricing: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop pricing for the proposed solution and ensure understanding of cost drivers.
   c. Cost Model: Understand the full cost model associated with the opportunity and define SOW's for third-party vendors.
   d. Business Case: Prepare the Opportunity business case to clarify cost and revenue drivers for Bid/No-Bid decisions.
   e. Risk Management: Document risks for opportunities and suggest response strategies.
   f. Continuity: Ensure continuity between the business case, proposal, and contract.
3. Leadership:
   a. Operational Management: Build and lead matrixed bid teams.
   b. Work Product Deliverables: Ensure the quality of deliverables produced by the team.
   c. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate engagement between various stakeholder groups within Amadeus and Airport IT.
