- Take ownership of the account and act as the point of contact for clients
- Hands-on management of digital ads (from setting up of campaigns to constant optimisation)
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Address client queries effectively and promptly
- Suggest, design, and implement digital advertising strategies to increase customer ROI
- Optimise clients’ advertising campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook and LinkedIn ads
- Produce short-form copy (such as for ads)
- Produce ad creatives using Canva
- Report on digital performance metrics
- Analyse and present digital campaigns' success and advise what the best next steps are
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a media buyer
- Hands-on experience in setting up and optimising ads on Google, Facebook and LinkedIn Advertising campaigns
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools (such as Google Looker Studio)
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
