Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Technical Trainer at AI Nusantara located in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing training effectiveness. They will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to students, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving training programs.

- Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills
- Training & Development and Training skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies
- Experience in the field of education or technology
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
