We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and executing marketing strategies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and sales data to optimize future efforts.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in [Languages Required – e.g., English, Malay, Mandarin].
