Technology Consulting - Developer (.Net) Senior Associate

The Opportunity

As a .NET Developer in our Digital Engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend solutions that drive business transformation. You'll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team delivering innovative technology solutions for clients across industries, enabling their digital transformation journeys and unlocking the value of IT as a strategic enabler.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into robust, scalable backend applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions and APIs using .NET (.NET Framework/.NET Core) and C#.

• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of applications.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in system deployment processes.

• Manage deployment pipelines, perform rollbacks when necessary, and participate in technical change and release management.

• Maintain and enhance code quality through peer reviews, refactoring, and adherence to coding standards.

• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.

Skills & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development using .NET technologies.

• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.

• Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Experience working with SQL Server and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.

• Understanding of web application architecture, networking concepts, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture.

• Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, or React.js for integration purposes.

• Understanding of secure coding practices and application security.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based database systems.

• Professional certification in .NET development, Azure, or related technologies is an advantage.
