Main Accountabilities
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by
- Effectively provide technical support to customer, including product
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional pub
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;
- Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial
- Carry out visits to target customers to promote products and provide feedback
- Manage project pipeline via CRM to drive new business opportunities to
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Food Science or other relevant education.
- 3 years of progressive experience in technical sales / commercial roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong team Player and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills in order to follow different assigned task.
- Highly organized, hands-on, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple
