Job Description
- Sales: Engage with potential clients, present and promote products or services, and close deals to drive revenue and achieve company sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Help manage client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Opportunity Identification: Work with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships with universities, corporate clients, malls, etc.
- Client Engagement Materials: Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to engage clients.
- Market Research: Perform market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Strategic Planning: Aid in the development and execution of strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Must have personal transportation.
