Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit content (English and Mandarin Chinese) for internal and external publications and communications, including but not limited social media content, forum content, video scripts, and website copy
- Conducting research on any given topic
- Working closely with internal team members to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding, and style
- Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing projects
- Oversee end-to-end translation management, including request intake, coordination, and delivery
Skills and Experience that WOW us:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to the CFD/financial services industry is a strong plus
