The Job Responsibilities

1. To design and engineer Electrical systems and ELV Systems (CCTV System, Access Control System, Data and Telecom System, Fire Alarm System, Emergency Voice Communication System).
2. Prepare concept design, detailed design, tender design, and issue for construction.
3. Liaise and coordinate with clients, other consultants, and contractors in the development and implementation of the project until completion and advise on technical matters for Mechanical and Electrical related queries.
4. Ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, and manage manpower resources for the project.
5. Prepare and vet drawings plan for submission to all authorities.
6. Liaise with appointed Mechanical and Electrical PE for all submissions to authorities.
7. Attend site progress meetings and address site technical issues.
8. Attend and liaise with authorities for plan approval and site inspection.
9. Conduct testing and commissioning of Electrical Systems.
10. Assist in the tender for all prospective projects.

The Profile Requirements:

Has experience in Electrical systems in Singapore Building Services Design.
Has knowledge of AutoCAD.
