Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize fixtures for assembly, pressing, welding, and machining processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
3. Liaise with suppliers for tool fabrication and negotiate prices.
4. Improve existing jigs, fixtures, and tools.
5. Provide technical support to production operations and conduct field investigations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in jig and fixture design, preferably in metal stamping and fabrication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
