Job description:

• Manage and maintain positive relationships with the investment community, shareholders, fund managers, analysts and other stakeholders.
• Plan and execute targeted programmes for Senior Management to engage with investors such as investor days, conferences and roadshows
• Develop materials for the Investor Relations programs and organise investors meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual report and AGM materials.
• Monitor research investment and update market movements to the Senior management.
• Manage timely and accurate updates investor information on the corporate website.

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or post graduate diploma in finance related field, with demonstrated ability in analyzing financial performance.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance/Communications.
• Possess strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to interact with investing community.
• Possess knowledge/understanding of the competitive landscape of equity capital, accredited investors and alternative investment.
• Possess a good working attitude and ability to work under tight deadline.
