Job Responsibility
- Provide general administrative support to ensure company operation undisrupted.
- Managing and assisting day to day general administration tasks, such as keep track of order, generating purchase order and delivery order, data entry, filing, and etc. assigned by Superior.
- Maintaining cleanliness and upkeeping of facilities, equipment and assets such as office alarm, phone, internet, door access, air conditioning, etc.
- Maintain company's general items, such as groceries and perishable.
- Manage and keep track postal & courier service delivery and pick up arrangement.
- Assist in photocopying and printing documents.
- To assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned, as and when required.
- At least One (1) year working experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Possess at least SPM and above.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with a good sense of responsibility and independently.
- Entry level, fresh graduates are welcomed.
