Role Description

The Strategic Projects Recruiter delivers a high-quality, consultative solution for both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will help clients find top talent by attracting, screening, and matching candidates to suitable positions. They will play a key role in developing recruiting strategies and building strong relationships, enabling swift placements and ensuring successful delivery on high-volume CAPEX projects.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Manage and support the end-to-end 180 recruitment cycle, including fusing recruitment strategies with regional business strategies to ensure optimal organisational efficiency, thus maximising GP generation.
2. Deliver a range of contract and direct hire recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
3. Manage complex scenarios involving clients and candidates by addressing issues or delegating them to the correct internal department without management involvement, but knowing when to consult with management where necessary.
4. Lead by example by displaying a strong work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
5. Analyse performance to improve and streamline processes to increase return on investment.
6. Are prepared and effectively equipped going into internal or client meetings and are ready to participate in conversations.
7. Align with KPIs to determine overall success and effectiveness.
8. Work closely with the management across recruitment, sales and account management to drive the company’s sales strategy.
9. Acting as client point of contact for recruitment, at Airswift management request. In doing so, as the face of Airswift – working with professionalism and integrity at all times.
10. Adopt and ensure best practice use of the Candidate Management System.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Soft Skills

Technical Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Proven track record in recruitment delivery.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
4. Knowledge of Airswift’s global and regional accounts.
5. Ability to manage costs.
6. Ability to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services.
7. Ability to energise and mentor in a cooperative team environment.
8. Extremely knowledgeable in your market.
9. Demonstrable problem solving and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the customer(s) and the business.
