Education Teacher

Job Responsibility

• Oversee the daily operations of the center, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment, ensuring that all children receive appropriate and engaging learning experiences.
• Lead and manage a team of teachers and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular communication and support.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children, ensuring that all staff members are trained in health and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to preschool and infant care.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten, including experience in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others, and to build and maintain effective teams.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Ability to develop and implement effective curriculum and educational programs.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
