Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored wealth management products and services to meet the unique needs of target customers.
- Foster and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure a superior customer experience and satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned KPIs and revenue goals through proactive sales initiatives, including customer acquisition and cross-selling activities.
- Engage in sales, account opening, and service processes to support the branch in meeting its objectives.
- Implement effective action plans to cultivate new relationships, retain existing clients, and deepen customer portfolios.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Continuously analyze and review customer portfolios to identify opportunities for providing comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Requirements:
- Certification in FIMM, CEILI, IPPC is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-driven and independent.
